NEW DRUGS OF DIRECTED ACTION

We introduce the new drugs that have directed actions. These drugs – Growth Hormone Releasing Peptide-2 (GHRP-2), Growth Hormone Releasing Peptide-6 (GHRP-6), Hexarelin (HEX), CJC-1295 (Long-acting Growth Hormone Releasing Hormone Analog), Fragment 176-191 of HGH (Human Growth Hormone), Pegylated Mechano Growth Factor (PEG MGF) and Melanotan-2 – are being widely used at the West and can be administered together with Growth Hormone (GH) as well as replace it in some cases.

Growth Hormone Releasing Peptides or Peptides stimulating endogenous Growth Hormone secretion (all the drugs listed in this group are replaceable ones and should be chosen individually):

Growth Hormone Releasing Peptide-2 (GHRP-2) stimulates secretion of endogenous Growth hormone (GH) and improve appetite; it is of mean strength and mean effective duration.

Growth Hormone Releasing Peptide-6 (GHRP-6) stimulates secretion of endogenous Growth hormone (GH) and improve appetite; it is of ample strength and mean effective duration.

Hexarelin (HEX) is structurally similar to GHRP-6 and stimulates secretion of endogenous Growth hormone (GH); does not improve appetite; it is of high strength and short-term effective duration.

CJC-1295 (Long-acting Growth Hormone Releasing Hormone Analog) stimulates secretion of endogenous Growth hormone (GH); it is of mean strength and very long effective duration.

Fragment 176-191 of HGH (Human Growth Hormone) is an ideal drug for getting rid of excess fat; it stimulates lipolysis (12.5 times stronger than GH) and significantly slows down lipogenesis (formation of fatty acids).

Pegylated Mechano Growth Factor (PEG MGF) is a variant of insulin-like growing factor-1 (IGF-1); it promotes muscle growth and recovery.

Melanotan-2 promotes formation of skin tan and intensifies it through stimulation of melanin secretion, "tan with the Sun"; it increases libido and improves sexual function in man.
